Q. Do I need a prescription?
A. No. If a prescription is required, it is provided by us as part of your order.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payment by E-check, Bitcoin, Ether, Purchase Order, and wire transfer. If you need a custom payment option, please contact us.
Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. Once your order has been received, it is reviewed by a pharmacist. Once the pharmacist has approved it, your card is charged and your order is sent to our licensed pharmacy, where your order is filled and a tracking number is e-mailed to you. We will notify you by e-mail during each step of the order progress. We e-mail you when we approve your order, when we charge your order, and when we ship your order.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. At this time, our packages are sent through Registered Mail, which provides delivery confirmation and, for orders sent to the USA, real-time tracking. If you need to know the status of your order or ask for a reshipment, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. You are provided with real-time order status updates via our order status form.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know before 11am EST the following day. We will not be able to cancel any orders after this time. For all cancellations, please contact us.
Q. What about importing to my country?
A. Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries (including the US, UK, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Japan and S. Korea) provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance. If you are in doubt about the situation in your country, check with your local Post Office.
Q. I use greylisting for my email-account. Will i be able to receive your communications?
